How to Return an Item

After your return has been approved, you can send your item back to us by post (as specified in our return method). Please include a note explaining the reason for your return along with your order details.

For your protection, we require using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit. Returns sent without tracking that are lost may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Return labels are not provided by Aurelle Marais, meaning customers must arrange their own return shipping.
Returns must be sent via post. Drop-off locations or in-store returns are not available.

Refund Process
